I recently had occasion to use VIP Properties for alterations to our (older style) bathroom. I was impressed with the speed with which the company sent someone (Victoria) out to view what we wanted done and to give us a quote (we had tried to get quotes from other companies, using our local directory most of whom didn’t even bother to turn up, or whose quotes were astronomical).
I was impressed with the professional manner of Victoria, while still maintaining a friendly and approachable manner and her willingness to try to incorporate all our wishes while trying to keep our costs to a minimum. The work was completed on time and was well done by competent staff. A rebate was given to us, due to savings made and okayed by us when buying cabinets etc. We are now enjoying our nice modern-looking bathroom, which has now added extra value to our home as well.
